2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing is carried out on the basis of legal requirements in order to fulfill the treatment contract between you and your physician and the associated obligations.
For this purpose, we process your personal data, in particular your health data. This includes medical histories, diagnoses, therapy recommendations, and findings collected by us or other physicians. For these purposes, other doctors or psychotherapists who are treating you may also provide us with data (e.g., in doctor’s letters).
The collection of health data is a prerequisite for your treatment. If the necessary information is not provided, careful treatment cannot be carried out.
3. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA
We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent.
Recipients of your personal data may include other doctors/psychotherapists, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, health insurance companies, the medical service of the health insurance companies, medical associations, and private medical clearing houses.
The transfer is primarily for the purpose of billing for services rendered to you and clarifying medical issues and questions arising from your insurance relationship. In individual cases, data may be transferred to other authorized recipients.
4. STORAGE OF YOUR DATA
We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to carry out the treatment.
Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to store this data for at least 10 years after completion of the treatment. Other regulations may result in longer storage periods, for example 30 years for X-ray records in accordance with Section 28 (3) of the X-ray Ordinance.
5. INTERNET UND EMAIL
We would like to point out that when data is transmitted over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email), complete protection of the data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.
Our website https://www.uro-radolfzell.de is hosted on the servers of Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A contract for order processing has been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
We do not collect any directly personal data such as names or dates of birth on our website.
The provider Strato AG collects data about access to the pages and stores this as “server log files.” The following data is logged:

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are automatically stored locally in the visitor’s browser when a website is accessed. The website uses cookies exclusively to make the site more user-friendly and functional. We do not use any other analysis software such as Google Analytics.
