Appointments that are not kept will not be covered by health insurance!
We are an appointment-only practice, which means that if you cancel your appointment, we are unable to fill it with patients on the waiting list. Failure to show up for scheduled appointments without prior notice makes it difficult to quickly schedule new appointments at short notice, which is detrimental to all patients.
We therefore ask you to cancel appointments at least two business days (Mon-Fri) in advance, either
in writing (email: kontakt@uro-radolfzell.de) or by telephone (07732 – 957 57 66).
If we do not receive a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, we are entitled to charge you a cancellation fee privately. (Case law according to §615 BGB). Of course, in individual cases, such as unforeseeable events that lead to a late cancellation, we are prepared to waive the cancellation fee at our own discretion.
