PREVENTION IS A PROFESSIONAL MATTER
PREVENTION IS A PROFESSIONAL MATTER
Active Prevent™: Modern Preventive Medicine
Our Active Prevent™ program focuses on early risk assessment and disease prevention. Through precisely structured health check-ups, we support both individuals and companies in maintaining long-term physical performance and quality of life. The program is based on evidence-based methodology and specifically addresses risk factors for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia, as well as nutrition, stress management, and early cancer detection.
Structure of the Preventive Check-Up
As a rule, two appointments on separate (usually consecutive) days are required.
- Initial medical consultation
- Assessment of mental and emotional resilience
- Comprehensive physical health assessment including fitness testing and VO₂max measurement
- Blood tests and laboratory diagnostics
- Ultrasound examination of internal organs
- Light breakfast after the examination
- Cardiovascular diagnostics
- Diabetes risk and metabolic assessment
- Evaluation of vascular function and circulation
- Individualized exercise guidance and nutritional recommendations
- Development of a personalized preventive care roadmap
- Final physician consultation including a written medical report
Upon request, the program can be combined with a specialist urological or gynecological cancer screening examination.
Urological Preventive Care
Urological cancer screening enables early detection of conditions such as prostate, bladder, or kidney cancer. The examination is minimally invasive, brief, and can be life-saving. If abnormalities are detected, early and often less invasive treatment options are available.
For Companies – Reimbursement of Health Costs / Preventive Health Measures Are Tax-Exempt
Health issues in an aging workforce lead to substantial costs. According to company health insurance data, diabetes risk factors result in additional annual sick days. Findings from preventive research (Prevention First Group) show that more than 30% of men and 20% of women are already in a pre-disease stage. Targeted preventive measures can reduce this risk by over 80%. On average, every euro invested yields a return of €1.90 for employers. Workplace prevention is therefore not only economically sound but also a strong signal in the competition for skilled professionals, reflecting appreciation and a sustainable corporate culture.
