Scalpel-Free Vasectomy

The No-Scalpel Single-Access Vasectomy™ (NSSA) is a technique developed by Dr. Jörg Minner for gentle male sterilization. The procedure combines established methods and enables a scalpel-free vasectomy using only a single skin access point. The skin is gently spread with a specialized clamp, the vas deferens is exposed microsurgically and transected. This technique reduces the risk of infection, shortens recovery time, and leaves minimal visible scarring.

Dr. Minner established this procedure as a senior consultant and surgeon and has successfully performed hundreds of interventions.
